Will the information about my dental procedures be kept confidential?

This is a serious concern for all patients, and with a reason. Your medical records and procedure information are highly confidential and are not disclosed to any third party according to federal and state privacy laws in all phases of your treatment. However, when you decide to use insurance benefits, some diagnostic documents are included in the record that is shared with your provider to explain why the treatment was necessary.

Your personal health history will also include any clinical measures that can be undertaken, such as surgery or special sedation. That is why you are encouraged to have open communication with our team from the first visit, and your privacy will be guaranteed as we develop your treatment plan.
